Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: September 19, 2026

These terms explain how the Chillstar Studio affiliate program works. By joining it you agree to them, together with the Terms of Service.

1. Who can join

Anyone with a Chillstar Studio account can join the affiliate program for free, including free-plan members. You must be at least 18 years old. Joining is optional and does not require buying a plan.

2. How you earn

When someone signs up through your personal link and becomes a paying Builder or Quiet CEO subscriber, you earn 30% of each monthly payment they make, for up to 12 monthly payments per customer. That is $8.10 a month on Builder ($27) and $14.10 a month on Quiet CEO ($47).

  • Your link is remembered in the visitor's browser for 30 days. The customer is credited to the first affiliate link that is applied to their account after they sign up.
  • Only new customers count. Someone who has already paid for a Chillstar plan cannot be credited to a new link.
  • Commission is calculated on the plan price the customer pays, before any taxes or payment fees.
  • If a customer cancels, you earn on the payments they actually made and no more.

3. When and how you get paid

Each commission is held for a short period after the payment it belongs to, so refunds, chargebacks and cancellations can be sorted out first. After the hold it becomes payable.

Payouts are sent by PayPal on a regular schedule, once your payable balance reaches the minimum payout amount and you have a PayPal email saved on your Affiliates page. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout. The current hold period, minimum payout and schedule are shown on your Affiliates page and may change as described in section 7. You can see every commission, its status and your payout history there too.

Where the law requires it, we may ask for tax details before paying you. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

4. What does not earn a commission

  • Your own account, or accounts you control or that share your household or device (self-referral).
  • Payments that are refunded, disputed or charged back. If a commission was already paid on one of these, we may take it off a future payout.
  • Sign-ups that come from fraud, fake accounts, or anything that breaks these terms.

5. Promote honestly

You must clearly tell people when a link earns you a commission, for example "affiliate link" or "I may earn a commission if you sign up." Put it where people will see it before they click, not buried in hashtags or a bio. The FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, and similar rules elsewhere, require this. Your Affiliates page includes captions with a disclosure already written in.

  • Do not promise or imply income, guaranteed results, or that anyone will make money with Chillstar Studio. Do not show earnings as typical.
  • Do not write fake reviews or testimonials, or pretend to be Chillstar or speak for it.
  • Do not spam, post in places that ban links, or use misleading ads, sign-up bonuses you cannot honor, or false urgency.
  • Follow the rules of every platform where you share your link.

6. No earnings guarantee

We do not promise that you will earn anything. Your results depend entirely on the people who choose to sign up through your link, and many affiliates earn nothing. You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, partner or agent of Chillstar, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

7. Ending, and changes

You can stop promoting at any time. We may suspend or remove an affiliate who breaks these terms, and unpaid commissions connected to that breach may be forfeited. Commissions you have properly earned before an account is closed for another reason remain payable. If you delete your Chillstar Studio account, your affiliate profile is deleted with it and any commissions not yet paid are forfeited, so make sure you have been paid what you are owed before you delete it.

We may change or end the program, including the rate and the hold period. A change applies to payments made after we tell you about it in the app or by email, and never reduces a commission you have already earned.

8. Your information

We store the PayPal email you give us only to pay you. You see other people's emails only in a shortened form, such as j***@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle information generally.
