Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in method (email code or Google).
• What you give the tool: offers, audiences, brand voice, signature, affiliate links, reference links, images and the content it generates for you.
• Plan and billing status: your plan, renewal or cancellation dates, and a payment reference from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Basic usage information: which features you use and how many generations you have run, so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product.
• Support requests: if you send a message from the Support page, we keep the message, your account email and our reply so we can help you.

2. How we use it

• To run Chillstar Studio and generate content for you.
• To manage your plan, billing and cancellations.
• To send service emails you ask for (for example scheduled sends) and important account notices.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and understand which features are useful.

3. AI processing

To write content, the details you enter are sent to an AI model provider working on our behalf. We send only what is needed to produce your content. Please do not enter passwords, bank details, government ID numbers or other highly sensitive information into the tool.

The AI helpers answer you using your own account information, such as your saved drafts, affiliate numbers and code history, and only after you ask. They never change anything unless you confirm it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, sign-in, payments, email delivery and AI processing), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users and service.

5. Share links

Your content is private by default. If you create a share link, the offer name, audience, tone and generated text for that item become viewable by anyone who has the link. Your email and account details are never shown. You can turn a link off at any time from your History page.

6. Referrals

If you sign up through an affiliate's link, we remember the link's code in your browser for up to 30 days and record which affiliate referred you, so their commission can be tracked. The affiliate sees your email only in a shortened form (for example j***@gmail.com), your plan, and when you signed up. If you join the affiliate program yourself, we store your PayPal email to pay you, and we count visits to your link.

7. Ads, the Ad Board and the pages you give us

When you use the Ad Creator, we fetch the public web page whose link you enter and send its text to our AI provider to draft your ads. Do not enter links to private or password-protected pages. Your saved ads and the places you record posting them are private to your account.

If you post to the Member Ad Board, the ad text, the link and the display name you choose are visible to other paid members. Your email address is never shown, and you can remove your ad at any time. We keep limited moderation records (such as reports) to keep the board safe.

The Free Traffic list links to outside websites. Once you leave Chillstar Studio, those sites' own privacy policies apply.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your theme and keep your place in the app. We do not use them to sell advertising.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we cancel any active subscription and permanently delete your profile and generated content. Some limited records (for example payment records) may be kept where the law or our payment provider requires it.

10. Your choices

• You can view and update your brand profile in the Account page.
• You can delete your account and content yourself from the Account page.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct it through the Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will respect them.

11. Security

We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections and access controls that keep each member's content private to their own account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

12. Children

Chillstar Studio is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will note the date at the top of this page. Questions or requests can be sent through the Contact page.
