Terms of Service

1. What Chillstar Studio is

Chillstar Studio is an AI writing tool. You give it an offer, an audience and a voice, and it drafts captions, emails, video hooks, scripts and threads for you to review, edit and post. It is a writing assistant, not a business coach, financial adviser or lawyer.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan includes 5 generations to try the app. Builder ($27 per month) and Quiet CEO ($47 per month) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Paid plans include daily limits: Builder allows 10 content generations, 1 video, 3 images and 10 AI helper messages per day, and Quiet CEO allows 30 content generations, 3 videos, 6 images and 30 AI helper messages per day. Long Video Studio has its own limits: Builder allows 1 long video per day of up to 3 minutes, and Quiet CEO allows 1 per day of up to 10 minutes each. We may change these limits from time to time. Limits reset at midnight Eastern Time, and you can upgrade to Quiet CEO at any time to make more in a day. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

You can cancel any time from the Account page. When you cancel, the subscription will not renew and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

Community codes: a community we work with may share a code that gives a lower monthly price or free access to a plan. A code works only for the plan and terms shown when you enter it, and each person can use a code once. A discount code renews at the discounted price until you cancel. Free access has no card and nothing to cancel, and it may have an end date, which is shown on your Account page. We may turn off a code at any time for new members, and we may end free access if a code is misused.

Quiet CEO includes access to the Quiet CEO Room, a private members space inside the app. The Chillstar 08 Inner Circle on Skool is a separate community that is free to join and is not part of any paid plan.

If you think you were charged in error, contact us through the Contact page and we will look into it promptly.

4. Your content and how you use it

You own the offers, brand details and content you put into Chillstar Studio, and you are free to use the content it generates for you. You give us permission to store and process your inputs only so we can run the service for you.

AI output can be wrong, repetitive or too similar to other text. It is your job to read everything before you post it, make sure it is true, and make sure it fits your platform's rules.

5. Honest marketing is your responsibility

If you promote products as an affiliate, laws such as the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States (and similar rules elsewhere) require you to clearly disclose your relationship. Chillstar Studio can add a disclosure line to your content, but you are responsible for making sure your posts are properly disclosed.

Do not use the service to make promises about income, guaranteed results, or health outcomes, to write fake reviews or testimonials, to impersonate someone, or to mislead people. Results in any business vary, and nothing generated here is a promise of earnings.

6. Things you may not do

• Break the law or platform rules, or ask the tool to help you do so.
• Create spam, scams, harassment, hateful content or sexual content involving minors.
• Attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or work around usage limits or plan limits.
• Resell or scrape the service without our written permission.

7. Share links

You can create a public link to a piece of content. Anyone who has the link can view that content. You can turn a link off at any time from your History page, and the old link stops working.

8. Ads & Traffic and the Member Ad Board

Ads & Traffic is included with Builder and Quiet CEO. The Ad Creator reads the public web page you give it and drafts ads for you to review. You are responsible for every ad you post, on the Member Ad Board or anywhere else.

The Member Ad Board lets paid members post their own ads for other members to see. Ads show the display name you choose (not your email). Chillstar does not review, verify or endorse member ads or the offers they link to, and is not a party to anything between members and advertisers. Use your own judgment before you click, buy or sign up.

Ads on the board must not promise or guarantee income or results, must be for something you have the right to promote, and must follow the rules in section 6. We may hide, remove or refuse any ad, and may limit or end board access, at any time and without notice. Members can report ads.

The Free Traffic list links to third-party websites we do not own or control. Each site has its own rules and terms, and you must follow them. We do not guarantee that any site will accept your ad, that a link will stay working, or that you will get any traffic, leads or sales.

Some links in Chillstar Studio, including the Affiliate Directory and the Free Traffic list, are affiliate or referral links. If you buy or sign up through one, Chillstar may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Pages with these links carry a disclosure, and referral links in the Free Traffic list are tagged.

9. Affiliate program

Any member can join the Chillstar affiliate program from the Affiliates page and earn a commission on paying customers who sign up through their link. The program has its own Affiliate Program Terms, which explain the commission, payouts and the rules for promoting honestly, including disclosing your affiliate relationship and never promising income. No earnings are guaranteed.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Account page. Doing so cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your content and profile. This cannot be undone.

11. Service changes and availability

We work to keep Chillstar Studio running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may improve, change or remove features, and we will give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.

12. Limits on our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Chillstar is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for decisions you make based on generated content. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
